By creating an account, placing an order, or listing a product on MISA Bazaar you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

You must be at least 18 years old, or using the platform under the supervision of a parent or guardian who accepts these terms on your behalf.

MISA Bazaar is a venue that connects independent sellers with buyers. When you buy something here, the contract of sale is between you and the seller, not between you and MISA Bazaar (Private) Limited.

The seller is responsible for:

• The accuracy of the listing, including description, images, specification and price.
• The legality, safety, authenticity and quality of the goods.
• Packing the order and handing it to the courier on time.
• Any warranty offered with the product.

MISA Bazaar (Private) Limited is responsible for operating the platform, processing payments, settling funds to sellers, and administering the policies on this site — including the dispute process described in section 8.

You are responsible for what happens under your account and for keeping your sign-in details private. Tell us immediately if you believe someone else has access to it.

One person or business, one account. We may suspend accounts used to manipulate reviews, evade a suspension, or place orders with no intention of accepting delivery.

Placing an order is an offer to buy. A contract forms when the seller accepts it, which we confirm to you by SMS or WhatsApp. Until then, a seller may decline an order — for example where stock has run out or the listed price was clearly wrong.

All prices are in PKR and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Delivery charges are shown before you confirm the order.

Orders containing items from several sellers are split into one parcel per seller. Each parcel is delivered separately and, for Cash on Delivery, paid for separately.

Cash on Delivery is available nationwide up to Rs 50,000 per order. You pay the rider when the parcel is handed to you.

Where online payment is offered, funds are collected by MISA Bazaar (Private) Limitedon the seller's behalf and settled to them after the return window closes.

Delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees. We and our courier partners deliver to serviced cities across Pakistan; a small number of remote areas are not covered, and the checkout will tell you before you order.

If nobody is available to receive a parcel after the courier's attempts, it returns to the seller and the order is cancelled.

Your return rights are set out in full in the returns and refunds policy, which forms part of these terms. In short: 7 days from delivery for most items, and refusing a Cash on Delivery parcel costs you nothing.

Where a buyer and seller disagree, MISA Bazaarwill review the evidence from both and decide the outcome, including whether to refund the buyer from funds held on the seller's behalf. Our decision is administrative and does not affect either party's legal rights.

Sellers additionally agree to complete KYC verification, to list only goods they are lawfully entitled to sell, to honour published prices and stock levels, and to the commission and settlement terms shown in the seller portal.

We may suspend or remove a listing, or a shop, that breaches these terms or puts buyers at risk. Where funds are held at the time of a suspension, they are settled or refunded according to the outcome of any open orders and disputes.

• Counterfeit goods or anything infringing another party’s intellectual property.
• Weapons, ammunition, explosives and controlled substances.
• Prescription medicines and unregistered health products.
• Live animals, human remains and hazardous materials.
• Stolen goods, or anything whose sale is restricted under Pakistani law.
• Scraping, probing or interfering with the platform or other users’ accounts.

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything that cannot lawfully be limited.

Subject to that, MISA Bazaar (Private) Limited's total liability arising from an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for a seller's breach of their contract with you, beyond administering the remedies described here.

We may update these terms. Material changes will be notified on the platform before they take effect, and the date at the top of this page will change. Continuing to use MISA Bazaar after that constitutes acceptance.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, and the courts of Pakistan have exclusive jurisdiction.
