MISA Bazaar is a multi-vendor online marketplace serving Pakistan. Independent sellers open their own shops on the platform, list their own stock, and ship their own orders; the platform handles discovery, checkout, order routing, delivery tracking and seller settlement, and takes a commission on completed sales.

The platform is Cash on Delivery first, because that is how most of this market actually pays. Buyers are not required to hold a card or a wallet to complete an order, and no order is charged before it arrives.

Every shop is reviewed before it can trade, and — with the exception of a small number of established sellers granted a fast track — every listing is reviewed before it appears in the catalog. Seller identity is verified against government-issued documents before a payout can be released. The rules that govern this are published in full in our seller policy.

The business is founder-operated. There is no outside investor, no holding company and no undisclosed party with control over the platform — the person named at the top of this page is the person accountable for it.

Selling online in Pakistan has a specific problem, and it is not technology. A small seller — someone with good stock, a phone, and a room in Karachi or Lahore or Faisalabad — can reach customers easily enough. What they cannot easily get is the boring infrastructure underneath a real shop: a checkout a stranger will trust, a delivery partner that reaches secondary cities, an order record that survives a dispute, and money that arrives when it is supposed to.

MISA Bazaar was built to be that layer. The parts that are unglamorous are the parts that were built first: a settlement ledger that can explain every rupee between what a buyer paid and what a seller received; airway bills and packing slips that a courier will actually accept; return handling that reverses the money as well as the parcel; identity verification that means a payout goes to the person who earned it.

The platform is deliberately conservative about claims. Ratings come only from buyers who received the item. Stock counters and countdowns show real numbers or nothing at all. Where a figure cannot be substantiated it is left off the page rather than estimated — the same rule this ownership declaration is written under.

It is early. The catalog is small and the seller roster is short, and both are stated honestly wherever they appear rather than dressed up. What is here is real: real sellers, real stock, real orders, delivered.
